Coaching Strengths:

When you purchase a Coaching Package, you are buying a resource that will be available to you 24/7, 365 days a year because you never know when you need help and answers.  How you use the time and resource is entirely your choice.
  • Inquiries may be generated by phone, e-mail or fax.  Upon receipt, the Coach will assess the time and information required to respond satisfactorily and either manage the inquiry immediately or advise the Client what is required and assign a time frame for response.
  • Time blocks within the hours purchased will be measured in increments of fifteen minutes.

  • You may manage the account yourself or extend some or all of the hours to other members of your organization.

  • You may use your hours for a specific project or use them in smaller blocks of time to seek advice or counsel regarding a variety of issues over the lifetime of the package. Coaching is not intended to be used for big projects like marketing plans or feasibility studies – see Consulting for this assistance.

  • Monthly status reports will detail the nature of the inquiry and the time consumed in satisfactorily responding.

  • Any hard copy material, references or other data used to support the response will be annotated and cataloged to your account for future reference.If any collaboration is required to respond satisfactorily, the Coach will disclose any other colleagues engaged at the time of the response.

$5,000 45 hours

Half the Coaching Package price is due at time of purchase. Remaining balance will be payable within 90 days or invoiced in three equal payments over the following three months. Accounts renewing or upgrading their Coaching Packages will receive a 10% discount from original package pricing at time of renewal.
